Norbert participates in investment decision-making for client portfolios and has a strong IT background that is applied towards simplifying client contact processes, resolving inefficiencies, and improving customer service. Prior to WEM, Norbert worked with Polaris Finance SICAV plc, Tatra banka and Poštová banka (Post bank), where he developed deposit and bank insurance products.
